Corina+Roger :: Engagement Session :: San Francisco, CA

November 25, 2008

Another engagement session, another amazing couple. Corina and Roger will be tying the knot this January 31st, wow that will be here before you know it. We roamed around San Francisco on probably the most beautiful day of the year. The shoot started out at De Young Museum of Art in Golden Gate Park (a sweet place for a wedding), then moved over to the Ferry Building and ended up in Union Square for the win. I love shooting in the city!
When I first met them, I knew that we were a right fit. After doing quite a few consultations, you just know when the couple is right for you and you’re right for them. Your personalities click to form a relationship of awesomeness! I’ve had a few consultations where it just wasn’t happening, no hard feelings but we weren’t on the same page. That “clicking” and forming a relationship is sooooo important to me and it makes such a difference in the client’s overall experience. We become friends and not just another vendor on the wedding day.
Corina and Roger are too cool. They were so stoked on the places I chose to shoot, dressed fabulously (I was hoping Roger would drop those Kenneth Coles on me, but he wasn’t having it) and totally in love. I can’t wait to shoot there wedding! Corina is actually the cousin of a long time friend of mine, Mike, who was in my wedding almost 8 years ago. Dude, has it really been that long? Wow. Anyhow, enjoy the images.

Catie: That last one! Love the flare. :)
