::Are You Worth It::
July 11, 2008According to our beloved Environmental Protection Agency here in the United States, the average American citizen is worth $6.9 million, down one million from 5 years ago. They use this figure for all types of statistical analysis, but it bugs me. Can you really put a value on a life, an eternal soul? No way! I want all of you to know, you’re priceless. The word of encouragement you may off to someone struggling can’t be quantified. There is no price tag for the couple who takes in a struggling orphan and shows him love for the first time. There is not a value placed on the joy that a smile of a baby brings to his or her parents. As one of my favorite human beings to walk the face of this earth (Rev. Gerald Buxton) once said, “You, are of inestimable value!” So my encouraging word for the day is this, “live like it!”
