There is nothing more joyous than celebrating the birth of a child. I have several friend who shoot only weddings and always ask why I like to photograph kids and families so much. The reasons are simple and run parallel to the reasons I shoot weddings: joy, fun, art and love.
I’ve known about the organization called “Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep” for a while now. I guess when you’re busy, you just overlook things sometimes, but I always knew I wanted to be a part of them. NILMDTS provides a service that is irreplaceable and that will last a lifetime for the parents of little ones who didn’t make it.
I can’t imagine the pain and hurt of losing a child and then having to cope with the loss for years to come. If I can just provide a few memories of that life, the little pure life that bypassed this earth and went straight to Heaven, then I will forever be changed.
