::Couture Books::

August 28, 2008

I know, I know…all my brides are going to have a terrible time choosing an album now, but these albums are too unique and too gorgeous to pass up! I had a chance recently to speak with a rep and look at the full line. I was completely impressed and I can’t wait to get my sample album in. These books are definitely for the discerning bride who wants to spend a little more and have something that is totally unique. As with all my albums they are of the highest quality. Check them out on the web CoutureBook.com, amazing!

Having the events of a wedding day go smoothly is definitely one of the things I like to see as a photographer. The smoothest weddings that I’ve seen have all been because of a good wedding planner/coordinator. In my opinion there is none better than Sasha Souza. I just wrote a nice little piece for her blog, Sparkliatti, that you should check out. She is an amazing, extraordinary wedding planner in San Francisco. Check it out and leave some blog love. Enjoy.

What an awesome couple. I knew from the first time I met Liz and her mom that she was special. She had such a pleasant smile and she seemed to beam with joy. I didn’t get to meet Wayne until the wedding day, but I knew he was a lucky guy. The ceremony was at The Valley Church in Fairfield. Pam, the wedding coordinator was awesome, very pro. I’ve been super busy lately, but I wanted to get a couple images up for a little teaser of what’s to come. It was great working with you guys and congratulations! Enjoy.

::NEWNESS::

August 19, 2008

Everything is getting made over, fresh logo, new website (it might take awhile), some video, some fresh weddings, fresh socks (really, urban outfitters has them on sale) and some fresh promo shots for the new site. I am definitely best behind the camera, so go easy. Anyhow, here is a look at the new logo (might make some minor tweaks) and a studio promo pic. Let me know what you think. Leave some blog love. Enjoy!

Two weddings last week, a seminar, new branding, started on the new website, albums in the design process, portrait sessions and client meetings. Oh yeah, I booked a sweet wedding for next year too! I love it!
Lysa and Bill are from Dayton, Ohio and decided to have a destination wedding at Yosemite National Park. After seeing the photos, did they choose a great destination or what? I was so stoked shooting and had so much fun. Lysa is just awesome, so much fun and full of life. Bill is a great dude, laid back, easy going and totally in love with Lysa! They were just bubbly the whole time. We should have had “Walking On Sunshine” playing as the background music. Thanks for the fun you two! Enjoy the photos.
